Refund and Return Policy

 

Customized Products:

  1. All custom-made purchases are final and non-refundable.

  2. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Ready to Ship Products:

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your premade item(s) to request a return.

  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. To initiate a return, please contact us at freedabeamie@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  4. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  5. Refunds for returned items will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

  6. Returns outside of the 30-day return policy will be considered, however, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Additional Information:

  1. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions..
  3. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at freedabeamie@gmail.com
